]]>HTML Validator - I'm not one of those people who says every page has to validate, but keeping things as valid as possible helps me be consistent in writing the HTML and I find it easier to debug other issues when everything is valid.

This was the only kind of work available at the time. Now high school kids could write software or design web sites. But only some of them will; the rest will still be scooping ice cream.

They don't make this page very easy to find unless you register with the state. You don't need to be registered to view this page though. You do need to register to submit something and once you are registered they will email you when new requests come in that match your type of business.

]]>Application manager cannot install this application on your mobile device due to an invalid setup file. Reinstall and try again.
Then the problem might not be with your CAB but with the ini file passed to CEAppMgr.exe. I had set the version to 1.1 because that's the version of the application I was installing. But after a couple hours of searching I found out that the version is for ini file. It failed with a value of 1.1 and worked with 1.0.
